Welcome to Westchester Lakes located 25 miles east of Atlanta in Conyers, Georgia. This intimate residential community of about 350 stately homes, many located on one of three lakes, offers a clubhouse, swimming pool and tennis courts.

nd provides residents with a small-town feel while living minutes from a top-tier destination for major sports, arts, entertainment, film and television productions.

Homes in Westchester Lakes are priced in the mid-to-upper price range and situated among mature trees, beautiful lakes and a family-friendly walkable community.

At Westchester Lakes residents are part of the Westchester Lakes Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (WLHOA), a Georgia non-profit membership corporation. WLHOA was established to own, operate and maintain the Common Areas of the subdivision that include the subdivision entrances, swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.

The WLHOA holds its annual homeowners meeting in October and the association board comprised of homeowners meets monthly.
