Homeowners Association

Homeowners are part of the Westchester Lakes Homeowners’ Association, Inc. (WLHOA), a Georgia nonprofit membership corporation. WLHOA was established to own, operate and maintain the common areas of the subdivision that include the entrances, swimming pool, clubhouse and tennis courts.

The WLHOA holds its annual homeowners meeting in October and the Association Board composed of homeowners meets the second Tuesday of each month with the exception of July and December.
