Annual Assessment

As of January 1, 2025, Westchester Lakes is self-managed by the Board of Directors supported by an Account Manager and volunteers from the Westchester subdivision.

The current annual assessment is $467.50 and will be mailed out by the HOA account manager prior to April. If you have any questions please contact the account manager at [email protected].
