Annual Assessment
Westchester Lakes is a self-managed homeowners association (HOA). Management of the community is facilitated by the Board of Directors, and supported by a Business Manager and volunteers from the community.
Currently, the annual HOA dues assessment is $467.50, which is payable by March 15th of each calendar year.

Payment Options
There are three options for paying the annual HOA dues assessment:
By Check. Write a check made payable to Westchester Lakes HOA and place it in the secure mailbox located at 2500 Westchester Way.
Online Bill Pay. Use the Online Bill Pay option from your personal bank account.
Credit Card. Pay with a credit card using the link below. Note: A fee of $16.50 will be applied to each credit card payment.
